Sessions
Each room is available in 3 hour slots. However, extended hours and half sessions maybe available by prior agreement.

Flexible Agreement
Our rooms are available to hire on a sessional basis for a period of 3 months in advance as detailed in the Park Lane Consulting Rooms Ltd agreement (please contact our Office Manager for a copy of the agreement).
We recognise that, when expanding your business, you don't always want to get locked into agreements until things become more certain. We would like to offer you the initial opportunity to hire our rooms on an ad hoc basis for a period of up to 3 months, thereby giving you the opportunity to test the water and build up your client base. We are sure that by the end of this period you will be convinced of the quality of service provided by Park Lane Consulting Rooms Ltd and want to base yourselves here regularly!
Thereafter you are entitled to terminate your contract at anytime with a notice period of no less than 3 months.
Vetting Procedure
All those wishing to hire a room on a regular basis are asked to supply contact details of a referee at the point of application.
In addition, Consultants wishing to practice from Park Lane Consulting Rooms, are asked to provide the following:
- Qualifications
- If planning to carry out a regulated activity at 250 Park Lane; evidence of registration with Care Quality Commission (Park Lane Consulting Rooms Ltd will have to be declared to the Care Quality Commission as an identified location at which the regulated activities are undertaken).
- Evidence of registration with the appropriate professional bodies.
- Evidence of professional indemnity insurance.
