The reception services also include secretarial and chaperone support plus a boardroom for up to eight people.A purpose built wing of six consulting rooms in a self contained suite.

Each Consulting Room can be rented for a three hour session. The morning session is from 9.00 am until 12.00 noon and the afternoon session from 12.30 pm to 3.30 pm. The evening session runs from 4.00 pm until 7.00 pm. Extended hours are by arrangement and half sessions may be available.

Booking for rooms is preferably for a period of three months in advance, but ad hoc sessions are available subject to availability. The cost of secretarial and chaperone support on application, otherwise the hire of a room for a three hour session is £50.00.
